I have set up this blog to share with you my experience of nearly two decades in recruitment and Human Resources. Coming from a non-English speaking background, I want to inspire people that they can too achieve anything they want in life. We can rebuild our career anywhere in the world if we decide so. Since I have learnt one or two things about recruitment and over the years, have helped thousands of people to fulfil their dreams, I would like to share all that with you here.

Additionally, I would love you to contribute & share your stories here and that way help others to achieve their goals. You can also recommend good recruiters and companies that you have worked for. We then can create this awesome community that will support everyone on a career crossroad or “between the jobs”.
